Tapis de Macchad ou Mechhed, Iran vers 1950-1960 en laine kork nouée mains, pour environ 360.000 noeuds au m2, en bon état.
Ce très beau tapis provient de la province de Mechhed, belle pièce fortement ouvragée, possédant une légère usure d'usage à petit prix pour une aussi belle qualité.
Mecched est la deuxième plus grande ville d'Iran située dans le Nord-Est, elle est surnommée" la ville aux mille visages."
Ce tapis est bon état, et possède un très beau décor d'une grande rosace comme un soleil ( influence du Zoroastrisme) à deux larges pendentifs en forme de hallebarde, couvrant le champ.
Au centre de ce médaillon, une fleur à huit pétales cernée de petites fleurs stylisées.
Sur tout le champ apparaissent de fines volutes ondulées et fleuries, et de grands bouquets, les couleurs d'une grande fraîcheur, vives, possèdent une dominante d'un beau rouge et des bleu profond pour le champ et la bordure.
A noter la qualité de la bordure formée de grandes volutes, assez étroites, décorées de fleurs et d'une large bande centrale agrémentée d'un décor floral .
Le champ à décor d'un beau médaillon central très élaboré est serti par quatre petits écoinçons, les Franges sont en moyen état et propres.
Ce tapis a été nettoyé professionnellement et de façon écologique.

Rug from Macchad or Mechhed, Iran around 1950-1960 in hand-knotted kork wool, for around 360,000 knots per m2, in good condition.
This very beautiful rug comes from the province of Mechhed, a beautiful piece, heavily worked, with slight wear and tear at a low price for such good quality.
Mechched is the second largest city in Iran located in the Northeast, it is nicknamed "the city of a thousand faces."
This carpet is in good condition, and has a very beautiful decoration of a large rosette like a sun (influence of Zoroastrianism) with two large pendants in the shape of a halberd, covering the field. In the center of this medallion, a flower with eight petals surrounded by small stylized flowers.
Over the entire field appear fine wavy and flowery volutes, and large bouquets, the colors of great freshness, vivid, have a dominant of a beautiful red and deep blue for the field and the border.
Note the quality of the border formed by large scrolls, quite narrow, decorated with flowers and a wide central band embellished with a floral decoration.
The field decorated with a beautiful, very elaborate central medallion is set with four small spandrels, the Fringes are in fair condition and clean.
This rug has been professionally and environmentally cleaned.
