Tabriz (azéri: Təbriz/ تبریز, anciennement Tauris), est la capitale de la province de l'Azerbaïdjan oriental, au nord-ouest de l'Iran ( Azerbaïdjan iranien ). This piece measures 195 cm x 258 cm long, khoy are rugs that are not very common on the market.
This rug is impeccable, the wool, soft and thick, is admirably finely knotted, tight, and reveals nuances full of contrasts in a repetitive and clever decor. The shiny wool looks like silk giving the decor a moiré effect.
The shades of red, blue, yellow and green combine perfectly.
