Extraordinaire Kashan ancien de collection, noué main en soie sur soie pour un milion de noeuds au M2, de la seconde partie du XIXème siècle, dynastie Kadjar, à décor de médaillon à pendentifs ou suspensoirs et riche travail de fleurs naturaliste, toisant 126 cm de large par 208 cm de longueur .
Une Pure merveille de l'art du tapis persan, de très grande finesse, à voir comme un tableau, ce type de pièce ne peut se mettre au sol et sa patine, ses nuances, raviront l'oeil de "l'amoureux" de ces merveilles.
Le motif central à double médaillons juxtaposés ornés de deux pendentifs, représente une large fleur stylisée épanouie, cernée d'autres nombreuses fleurs et entrelacs couvrant le champ de couleur bleu nuit.
La bordure, bande principale composée de fleurs et de palmettes.

.Kashan (Kachan, Keshan): grande ville au centre de l’Iran.
Au temps de la renaissance persane, Kashan était le centre de production de tapis d’une légendaire splendeur.
Des tapis au tissage fin, d’une très grande richesse de composition, furent noués par la manufacture royale du Shah Abbas.
Ils sont devenus les pièces maîtresses des musées et des collections privées.
L’artisanat s’est interrompu à Kashan entre l’invasion des Afghans (1722) et la fin du XIXème siècle.
La relance de la production de tapis a commencée avec des tapis qui se distinguent par la qualité supérieure de la laine donnant un aspect extrêmement velouté.
Ces exemplaires sont appelés Kashan Motashemi, du nom du plus célèbre maître tisserand de la fin du XIXème siècle.
Les décors sont variés et offrent une facture minutieuse : scènes de chasse, sujets à figure inspirés de la mythologie persane, oiseaux dans un décor végétal, arbres de vie.
Grâce à la qualité supérieure de la laine, à leur nouage serré, à la beauté de leurs couleurs naturelles et de leurs dessins, les Kashan prirent place parmi les meilleurs tapis persan

"Ancient Kachan Rug, Silk On Silk, 126 X 208 Cm, Hand-knotted In Persia, (iran) Kadjar Dynasty"
Extraordinary old collectible Kashan, hand-knotted in silk on silk for a million knots per M2, from the second half of the 19th century, Kadjar dynasty, decorated with medallions with pendants or suspenders and rich naturalist flower work, measuring 126 cm in height wide by 208 cm in length.
A Pure marvel of the art of the Persian rug, of very great finesse, to be seen as a painting, this type of piece cannot be put on the ground and its patina, its nuances, will delight the eye of the "lover" of these wonders.
The central motif with double juxtaposed medallions adorned with two pendants, represents a large stylized blooming flower, surrounded by other numerous flowers and interlacing covering the field of midnight blue color.
The border, main band composed of flowers and palmettes.
Of particular note: # the quality and delicacy of the naturalistic work of the flowers.
Superb collector's rug, the Kashan in silk on silk are particularly rare with this type of decor, which makes it a real museum piece for this very neatly crafted rug.

During the Persian Renaissance, Kashan was the center of carpet production of legendary splendour.
Carpets with fine weaving, of a very great richness of composition, were knotted by the royal factory of the Shah Abbas.
They have become the centerpieces of museums and private collections.
Craftsmanship was interrupted in Kashan between the invasion of the Afghans (1722) and the end of the 19th century.
The revival of rug production began with rugs that are distinguished by the superior quality of the wool giving an extremely velvety appearance.
These examples are called Kashan Motashemi, named after the most famous master weaver of the late 19th century.
The decorations are varied and offer meticulous craftsmanship: hunting scenes, figures inspired by Persian mythology, birds in a plant decor, trees of life.
Thanks to the superior quality of the wool, their tight knotting, the beauty of their natural colors and designs, the Kashan took their place among the best Persian rugs.
