Merveilleux Tapis Persan Bidjar ancien de la seconde partie du XIXème siècle en laine des hauts plateaux iraniens .
Laine nouée main , 134 cm de large x 196 cm de long, en très bon état, limite parfait pour un tapis de cette qualité et de cet âge et ayant conservé une belle souplesse de laine, mais lourd de par sa densité.
Le rasage de ces tapis en laine est si précis et si net que la matière s'apparente à de la soie donnant à la laine une belle brillance.
Pas très loin de Sanandaj, la région des tapis Senneh finement noués, se trouve la petite ville de Bijar qui, avec ses villages environnants, produit ce qui est sans aucun doute les tapis les plus lourds et les plus résistants de Perse.

Notre modèle possède un décor classique de couleur viel or, bleu ( trois nuances), crème et pistache, ains que la couleur bronze qui souligne les contours, le champ présente un motif dit "hérati", discret mais grandement élaboré de par sa finesse d'exécution, les bordures fines sur les longueurs se parent de feuilages et palmettes finement nouées.
Les franges courtes et propres sont de couleur viel or.
